Submission Deadline
All solutions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2026.
Team Structure and Fees
Teams may consist of 1 to 5 members. A registration fee of ₹100 per participant is required.
Registration and Submission Protocol
A single designated team member must handle both the registration process and the submission of the final presentation on behalf of the entire team.
Length Constraints
Presentations must not exceed a maximum of 10 slides or pages.
Evaluation Criteria
The primary objective of the competition is effective problem-solving. Teams will be evaluated primarily on the reliability and viability of their solutions; themes and aesthetic elements will bear minimal weight in the final assessment.
AI Usage Policy
While the use of Artificial Intelligence is permitted, it is heavily discouraged. Over-reliance on AI frequently leads to multiple teams submitting identical or generic answers. Because performances are judged on the uniqueness and efficiency of the approach, indistinguishable or highly similar solutions will be at a significant disadvantage during evaluation.
Shortlisting and Certification
Teams that qualify for the next round will receive an online meeting link, along with the scheduled date and time for their presentation. Following the conclusion of the event, all participants will receive a certificate of participation, and the top teams will be awarded winning certificates of achievement.
